This is anAccurfocus Eye Piece Magnifier Model D3 for Mamiya RB Prism Finders. Works with the older Prisms for the RB.
This magnifier will go over your eyepiece and allow you to magnify the center for critical focusing and then pop back up out of the way for full viewing. Even has a built-in diopter adjustment. This eyepiece is in Excellent Condition and shows normal wear. If you want critical focusing, this is what you need.
